Sunday Meal Plan

 Hey hey! Long time no meal plan. Lol. Anyway, here's a few ideas of what to eat this week!

One night this week I'll make pizzas. If the weather cooperates, maybe I'll grill them!


These sheet pan salmon tacos with pineapple salsa sound sooo good! Now that we've had a few warm days, I'm getting so excited for these springier, fresher flavors. 


I have some cabbage in my fridge to use up, so I'll make this crunchy cabbage salad. Maybe pair it with this sticky tofu and some rice or quinoa for a bowl! This method is one of my favorite ways to make tofu, and you can be flexible with the sauce. 

There's a baked vegetable ziti with burrata recipe in Everyday Dinners that sounds cheesy and delicious. I'm excited to try it!


I'm on a rotating in-office schedule, so for my lunches this week I'll make this asparagus pasta salad. Loving that this is in season! What are you cooking this week??
