Hi there. We had a pretty low key weekend since we were sick this week!
On Saturday, I did a bunch of plant stuff! Lol. I had some herbs I wanted to put in a big planter outside on the balcony, so I started with that. They are so cute and I am so proud! Then I repotted several of my other plants. There are a few I got during the early months of lockdown in 2020, and its so cool to see how much they've grown! The miracle of life and whatnot.
Sunday was also pretty lowkey. I spent some time in the kitchen and made a few things with some rhubarb we got from Dan's mom. I made a strawberry rhubarb chia jam, and made this gorgeous strawberry + blueberry + rhubarb pie. Not to toot my own horn, but it was so dang good! I made some Detroit-style pizza for dinner. It exceeded my expectations! I loved the crispy cheesy crust. How was your weekend?
